Just curious, if anyone can give me some insight why people do this. Why would you want to be on a CPU team, maybe with 1 or 2 humans or none. But why? why, why? Don't get it or understand it. Please explain, thanks

More playing time and you don't have to worry about owners / coordinators you're not familiar with, I guess.

Even then some folks are just strange. I've offered dots a starting position as in "Your QB is the only human on the team--come play for my team and you'll have human receivers and half of an offensive line that is human" and still had them either ignore the offer completely or turn it down. I don't know what drives some folks.

or you get owners trying to tell you to do certain things with your builds which are dumb or not part of your build plan

Looking at your GM'd list all your teams are Casual. That might be why. A lot of agents dislike playing in casual.

it's sort of an odd consequence of having a football based MMO.
agents want to do what they want with their players, but team owners can screw up a plan but cutting mid season or screwing around with the depth chart
if an agent gets burnt once by a bad owner, it's probably going to be a long while before they sign with another owner they don't know
this is another reason to start planning a team at least 1 season in advance... build some social capital. show you're going to stick around. have a plan

i dont like playing on teams that dont have a near full human roster because CPU teams will be more competitive. i have little interest in teams that will get beat down every game.

Because they have been screwed by bad owners and coordinators who will always play their own players over a player who they signed.

Most are just anti-social pricks. I used to send the same people recruiting PMs and they would respond by flaming the hell out of me.
