Come and get 'em!

1. Austin Lumberjacks (10-1) – Well, I’m certainly sick of talking about Austin’s blowouts, so I won’t. Another win for the Lumberjacks, expect 5 more wins. Tucson will make them play, but the ‘Jacks are 15-1. (0)
2. Miami Canes (10-1) – The Canes defense came through, making up for five interceptions by holding down Buffalo’s offense. Morten Andersen by far has the highest point total in BBB13, but can the Canes win without field goals? Up next is an easy game for Miami with the D.S. Pimps. (0)
3. Raving Mad Dawgs (9-2) – In the Western Conference game of the day, the Mad Dawgs came out on top in a tight close battle against the Resurrection, effectively completing their fall from the top ten. Three easy games lead into two good battles to finish off the season with Tucson and the mix and match against the Pirates. (+1)
4. New Orleans Golden Kangaroos (9-2) –The offense was slowed down, scoring just 23 points against a premier team while the defense allowed just 13, that’s a good team equation. Two red zone field goals could have been more problematic if not for the defense. 14-2 isn’t out of the realm of possibility. (+1)
5. San Marcos Rivermen (8-3) – The Rivermen took a tough loss to New Orleans in a game where they had a good start to take a lead through each of the first two quarters. Offense was held to just 100 yards in the 2nd half, but has a good chance to rebound against the lowly Warriors. (-2)
6. N.H. Hounds (9-2) – The Hounds tore Horny a new one, and hopefully that will be their last game of Hoku existence. You can’t take this win worth a grain of salt, but Buffalo could make a decent opponent next as they gave the Canes a run for their theoretical money. (+1)
7. Anchorage Maulers (8-3) – Portland Pimps slapped by a Pimp slap. The Maulers took the cane and zoot suit straight off of Portland and blazed a trail right over them. Tucson remains the last challenge for this team that is somehow NOT hosting a playoff game if the season ends today. (+1)
8. H-Town Oilers (8-3) – Knocking off Tucson moves the Oilers up a few notches as the Nighthawks were trying to sneak into the top ten past H-Town. Choking the Midget came through clutch in the fourth with 2 field goals to win it. Dallas and Miami finish off the schedule, which could shake up the playoff brackets. (+2)
9. Dallas Strikers (8-3) – Tore apart the Patriots, who are just a giant enigma to me. This team is pretty solid from top to bottom, and could be in the mix for a surprise promotion. Strikers move up a slot past the Legends, but they’ll have to do well to keep it with Las Vegas, Phoenix and H-Town still on the schedule. (+1)
10. Las Vegas Legends (8-3) – Five turnovers killed the Legends as they gave up field possession and 13 points to the Teabaggers who showed yet again that their record is not even with their team strength. L.V. has lost two in a row and has two more tough games in a row in Dallas and Phoenix. (-4)
OUT – Phoenix Resurrection (7-4) – 1-4 in a tough 5 game stretch. Still in the playoffs, but top ten? OUT!
