not sure how badly people would try to abuse this or if the benefit would outweigh any anuse left in the system, but here goes.
charge no chemistry hits from day 40-48. in exchange, get rid of the grace period, as thats a huge advantage to teams changing ownership, when in fact it should be just the opposite. also, move the day chem increases to day 1.
and why is it that some teams only get 5 days of chem grace, but i see other teams under new management with 80/80/80 which seems to indicate that they got 10 days chem free.
