Most all my level 60 Dots are now on light training for that 4'th AEQ down the road,,,I believe Light training has NO % change if boosting x3 therefore no reason to wait ?:?

Depends on the current value of the attribute that you are training. I've found it's almost always better to hold the boosts (I use the VPB).

Good read....with almost zero % training change....boost x3 appears a right decisision if wanted
