You shouldn't have to allow access to your tactics for teams you own, that should be automatic. I just spent too much time trying to figure out why my OAI wouldn't work on a rookie team I just set up.

try being a src. we have to beg for offensive or defensive access to be able to set tactics in the calendar

Yeah, STC's needa have either O/D tactic access to put in different depth chart presets, and to make an energy adjustments as well.
