It's been awhile since I ran a team, but have done so for many seasons. Looking to get back into it. I just bought the team 10min ago so, it will take some time to make updates on how the team will be run. Including style of offense and defense ect. I am planning on a balanced offence, and a 4-3 D....
I am planning also to double owners up on positions so you will not be fighting another owner for playing time. So if you have a SS, I would like you to have 2 of them. This goes for all positions. In doing this it will require you to be pretty active. I know life gets busy, but logging on at least 2x per week to make upgrades ect should not be too much. Also, please plan for many seasons. The hardest thing for an owner is to look for players down the road.
The following will be a list of positions of need. I plan on having quite a few players of my own. Non-glory positions are a little harder to fill, so if you plan to lock down a QB, please help out with a pair of LGs or something. Thanks!
I will also be looking for help running parts of the team, so if you are interested in OC, DC, ST, or other various aspects of the team, please let me know your experiance ect. If you are new to it, you can have a tryout! Lol....
