We have decided to demote the team to rookie from the pro's. Give the team a fresh start with a good core group of players. We are planning on a running a 3-4 defense, and a west coast style offense. All positions needed but here are some key positions that need a certain build.
2 Strength based LBs basically built like a str based DE.
2 blitzing LBs, Agility based.
2 Str based DEs
1 agility based DT and 1 str based DT.
Pure man cover CBs and pure zone cover safeties. 6 CBs preferred.
In the past it's been difficult to sign the needed players and our seasons suffer for it. So if you are creating new dots for S45 we would love to bring them here!. Boosting and CEQ are needed.
