Is this question for me or for the Mojo? Confusing quoting....

1. Our DC's tend to quit the game every few seasons. Nexill has maybe 3 seasons before he disappears from earth (or so the trend goes, please note police, this is not a threat or admission of guilt).

2. My offensive playcalling changes a good bit season-to-season to optimize personnel and account for what is/isn't working. Having good dots helps.

3. As far as dots go, we had 3 farm teams spaced out 3 seasons each (which is much more than the 3 farms total we had in the first ~35 seasons of GLB), so that has helped keep our roster pretty full and fresh as of late. Last farm hits plateau next season which should be fun as there are some sexy dots on there. In free agency most people know me one way or another by now, but the consistent tryhards and the fact that 99% of glb likes me, goes a long way in recruiting.
