Actually, the West got pretty competitive S39-S41 as there were a lot of quality teams at that time. It reminded me of my early days in PWG where every game counted and you needed to scout for most of them. Sadly, things returned to normal in S42 and S43 was even weaker. And from the looks of it, S44 will be even worse...

I like this game as it gives me something to do at work on my slow days, but if this trend continues, I might do what A.I. has done with APF and just keep a basic no-no team and not care about the regular season and only try, in the playoffs, and only to a limited extent.

GLB2 is competitive. You have to fight hard just to make the playoffs and ladder games pair you against teams of your ability level.

I think andersoba revived peewee for a few seasons but now it just kind of exists just like the game as a whole.

Last season was a major decline for the west, even in season 42 it was pretty competitive, but to be honest, that season 39-41 West was one of the toughest conferences I ever saw. However, the East has not been competitive outside of 4 teams or less since about season 38 or so. I think this game as a whole has been dead. The last season I did offense for real was season 38, much more than a year ago. I kinda have been going through the motions since then because there hasn't been a need to do anything else. This season looks like there won't be any teams playing. I give GLB1 2-3 more seasons tops. Is anybody interested in helping me with GLB2?

I can help you there. I have just been owning/coordinating for just two seasons. I can help you figure out the tricky AIs and such. It has a lot of peewee like components so it should be easier for you to pick up than most others.

Late post but I'm still here just playing over on GLB2 and Mighty Brawlers now. I still lurk around this forum every now and then to see what you guys are up to, but I have been playing over on GLB2 since season 1 and have really grown fond of it. If any of you guys are ever interested in trying GLB2 out shoot me a PM and I'll try to help you any way I can.
