I'm making a power back, and it seemed logical that I should set my rushing style to power... but does this setting make you go over the top in running through tackles?

I figured power rushing would make me go straight into a pile to gain a guaranteed couple yards, instead of dodging around and risking losing... but if tactics are the reason for this play, then I'll be switching away.
Should I use combo or elusive to avoid plays like this, or is it more of a vision thing?

Not elusive, I know that much. I'm an elusive back and I still wont use elusive style because your HB ends up spending his time trying to fake out defenders at the line of scrimmage instead of turning upfield. As for power vs combo, that is something someone else will have to answer.

If you've got enough agility and speed to run on combo, but probably not enough strength to run on power. JMO.

Keep in mind he's only a level 8 as well.

Not positive but I think power backs would get a bonus if running in power running.

that's a vision thing i think.
