Not new, but it shouldn't prompt you to enter one every time you log in. Usually comes up when someone's had problems logging in, or if their password has just been changed. Try clearing cache/cookies?

Lol, funny thing is if you fail and get the Captcha, you can hit back and try again without the Captcha.
