Y does GLB 2 get to see there players 40 yard dash time and what not, should have been added to original glb a long time ago

Not sure how accurate the GLB2 one is, but that one was done as a "just for fun" kind of thing - and is NOT accurate.
Said my rTE runs a 3.90 40 lol.
