Does Spin rely on the break tackle % roll? If so, wouldn't it make sense for me to have Power Through and Spin on my PHB? Also, if I did this where would I set the slider on a PHB that was good speed?

Reason I ask is that I just rolled a nice Spin piece of AEQ.

yes break tackle roll. i like spin, a lot of guys just go with power through and hurdle. im doing all three for my powerback.

even with good speed, i would still go full power.

As PK said it's a break tackle ability. Tbh I don't like it as much as other guys do. I mean, my dot has made great plays thanks to it, but not enough to justify the cost of the EQ and the SP invested in the elusive tree, imo. If I make another PHB I will choose something different.

Regarding the slider I think it's better to go power.

I was going to go Spin but decided to try D4Y instead. I have surprisingly not been disappointed.

My dot is pretty much the opposite of DMan's, so...

Would rather have Juke than either of those 2 but its not a bad choice

Juke relys on fake chance though correct?

Juke on a powerback can work well but it requires a lot of build resources to be effective. Along with the SA at 10 you want fake % AEQ and Quick Feet too. Definitely not something you want to add as an afterthought. Although you would want QF with Spin too.

This. I did it late in a build on a powerback. Worst choice.

yes.

regarding spin, also note that it keys off of agility, which many powerbacks can't afford to get super high after working strength, carry, and speed.
