Can someone explain to me how a complete cpu team can beat a team with at least 9 human players ,all but 2 are level 4 ???? that is insane

9 human players really isn't a lot of human players at all. The scenario you've just described is basically two horrible teams playing each other, and that's a toss-up.

and isnt there a penalty to human players if there are more than a certain amount of CPU dots on their team?

If you have more than 10 CPUs on your roster there's a penalty to the CPUs attributes. All CPU dots aren't created equal.

Don't even get me started... When it comes to losing to CPU teams I'm the King! Wait until you lose to a CPU team with a complete human team...

CPU teams play good when your team doesn't. Take them lightly and they'll bite you in the a$$.
Don't have more than 9 CPU players on your team, and keep dumping and signing new ones as your human dots level up. The (new) CPU dots will keep pace (effectively) with your human dots.

you know it's broke when a 100% CPU team beats a 16-0 team in the second round of playoffs...and KILLED them in TOP and stats
