can you help me here with a link to a page where I can find a formula how to calculate the training gain per skill level?
I definitely saw that on Wiki but I've been trying to find that for a really long while so maybe there is anyone that can help?

it means if the attribute is at 6, in this example, you get 119% training bonus if you've unlocked 0 stars.

He's probably talking about the training efficiency graphs.
All it basically shows is where the training dead-zones are and how they are affected by training enhancements.

The y-value is how many SP's you gain per training session.
The x-value is what level your attribute is at.
So you can see that everytime you hit a new cap the y value jumps up as you're training becomes more valuable again.

That graph is really low resolution though so it can be a little tough to read. If I had links to the original I would link it here, but it's been so long since I've ever seen that graph.
