Correct. You won't get any on the transition from Day 0 to Day 1.

The age-script gets run first before the training-points-script, so on the transition from Day 0 to Day 1, the age-script will bump your age up to 281. Dots at or above 281 don't get TPs, so the training-points-script will look at your dot, see that you're now 281, and will skip you.
