Every time your player gains a level, they gain points in certain attributes.
Adding points to attributes with SP's gets more and more expensive the higher those attributes are.
You want your attributes as high as possible as fast as possible so the ALG's you get will be added to your attributes when they are more expensive to raise with skill points. The more ALG's you gain on higher attributes the more efficient the build becomes as you don't waste skill points later raising those attributes.

Heres the list of algs, major is yellow starred attributes and minors are blue starred attributes. So a 4 yellow starred attribute would get 10 points in it from lvl 1 to 21 without you putting any SP there... After lvl 22 that attribute will get 0,38 points per lvl and so on. This is the reason why people try to hit their main attributes high as fast as possible... Example my lvl 19 dot has its main attribute at 86 and second capped the second attribute, with 2 boost they will hit 87 and 50 without me putting SP in them and specially for the higher one i dont need to put high amounts of SP in it to get it over 100. Even if i would not train after lvl 21, they would get 13-14 lvls by the end of the build and for the atribute that is 87 would get expensive SP for free

So my greasemonkey script tells me this for my CB K/PR:
Next Auto Level Gain = 0.4 / 0.333 / Zero
ALGs to Lv79 = 18.048 / 15.037
What does that mean?

Just to clarify, ALG stands for Automatic Level Gains, if that helps you understand them.

Im not sure you get what the ALGs mean!?
Why your center has that many algs is because he is just lvl 1 and if you look at my chart, that i put upp there he will get the highest amount of ALGs from lvl 1 to 21 and so on and because your other builds are higher in lvl they allready have gotten some algs from lvling so they will receive a smaller amount. (and the amount of majors/minors you have will affect that... The build that got 18/15 is a build with 5 major atributes and 3 minors, so a build with 3/4 majors will get many more)

The number of ALGs remaining has nothing to do with whether you're building perfectly or horribly.

The number of ALGs remaining has nothing to do with whether you're building perfectly or horribly.
Let's me clarify my explanation a bit for you...
The line "ALGs to Lv79 = 18.048 / 15.037" tells you how much higher your Major and Minor attributes will get from ALGs between right now and whenever your dot eventually reaches Level 79. Those numbers will be much higher for a lower-leveled dot simply because a Level 1 dot has 78 levels' worth of ALGs remaining, while a Level 49 dot will only have 30 levels' worth of ALGs remaining.

Not quite, since the ALGs don't stay constant. Your ALG from leveling up from Lv1 to Lv2 is going to be much more than your ALG from leveling up from Lv78 to Lv79. The higher your level, the lower your next ALG is going to be.

Oh, so there's a ton of math if i were to go into detail. So the each time i level up the ALG's to LV79 number gets lower because its taken up?

Somewhat, yeah. And it's math that you really don't need unless you're, say, building your own VPB script or something.
