So i have 26 SP till' the next cap, and i have 19 currently after boosting. Am i supposed to use these? I remember i was supposed to like use leftovers on other stuff or something, though i' not sure...

Generally speaking, wait until you have enough SP to reach the cap. Train that att. until that point (intense or MT)
