I'd say Carrying and Strength.
Maybe most would go with Catching as one. I don't know, I go against the grain.

It's more about what you want to end up with when building a Power WR. If you want one so he can block on outside running plays and screen passes, then the skills you want highest are Strength and Blocking with speed, agility and vision as secondaries. If you're building one that is basically a glorified TE playing WR, then Catching and Carrying are probably most important... with speed, agility, jumping, and strength all needing to be very good.
The best I even built still attacked speed plenty. You want to end up with above 100 at the very least (with equipment adding to the base number). Agility, catching, and strength all in the 80's (minimum), and carrying and jumping as high as you can get them (70's up). And that's not even addressing stamina and confidence.
So figure out HOW you want your WR to play, then address the skills he'll need appropriately.

Break tackle WRs don't work in this sim.
Not really, no. I mean... it did fire for me... but not nearly enough to be useful when you consider the cost you spend in incorporating it into your build idea. Those SP's and BT's could've been spent MUCH better if I hadn't done the BT route.
