Pretty simple to understand, be able to share your tactics with another player, essentially would result in another tab that said "Bob's plays" and/or "Bob's packages" where "My" and "Team" currently exist.

I am trying to mentor people, and without getting access to their Team's AIs or me giving them access to my Team's AIs there is no way to share information.

i like the idea...unfortunately i believe GLB says that there are not enough people like you around that want to mentor...so instead of proving better opportunity to create more mentors, they base the decision on the current status instead and wont improve anything.
