Honestly, the only "fix" that I've really liked the idea of is just embracing GLB1's hardcoreness.
Rebrand it as GLB: Tactics, have users buy entire teams for like 5,000 flex a season or something, that covers all boosts, CEQ, etc.
Obvious downside is that it prices people out.wow ...I can't believe that I am actually seeing you suggest this

...actually, my involvement in this game is only coz I could field a competitive team, albeit in peewee, by spending around that price each season ...but the deterrent for me now is that price that I am only prepared to spend($42.50per season for Temporary Custom EQs, which equates to around $20per month for all 55players(5500flex)), which is reasonable for on online game such as this but my team still struggles to compete against boosted teams, although it was fortunate enough to win the Conference Championship last season

...but am not prepared to keep paying that price to push shit uphill and compete against the boosted teams so now my interest in this game is waning.

how many people really want to run an entire team including all the players? thats a huge time commitment.nonono ...it really comes down to how much time that each individual chooses to commit ...and if it in the AIs then they could fine-tune or refine their AIs gradually (maybe that could be like the new casual leagues ya?) ...it doesn't need to be a full time commitment, but the ones that choose to would prolly be the deserving champs and rightly so ...I think that this type of thing would actually improve the game if the game was built around this type of idea
