So a new season is coming up fast and i just want to know should i use my players 3 boost right away of spread them out or use them all at the same time later down the road?

Well looking at all your dots, I would retire them all and start over.
If you decide to do this, it would be ideal to recreate your dots on Day 40, and use your 3 boosts on Day 48. Someone else can either confirm or deny this, but I think boosting once at a time, but still using all 3 boosts on Day 48, is better for your dot.
You can recreate anywhere from Day 40 - Day 48 and still come out with the same final outcome, but I say Day 40 to make sure that position doesn't go into Low Demand.
If you don't, you may have a problem. Usually in a dot's 2nd season you wait until Level 22 to boost to Level 25 for Veteran Points, but your two dots are a little behind. Regardless, use your 3 boosts on Day 48 of this season.

Bag is correct. Ideal dot-creation time is between Day 40 and Day 48, and it looks like you created your two younger dots round 'bout Day 9. So, don't boost them at all. Retire them on Day 41 and start over.
Might as well retire that Punter too. Absolutely no reason to keep him around. If he was a paid player, you'll get a partial Flex refund on him, and if he was a free player, you'll open up that Free Player Slot to use on another player instead.

Alrigh thank you guys! and if i create one on day 40 he wont age will he untill the next season starts? and i can boost him by 3 and then we next season starts i can boost him again ?

Correct. He won't start aging until Day 0 rolls over to Day 1 next season.

It's Day 40 now, so yes, Pee Wee dots can be built today, and they will remain 0 days old until Season 40 Day 0 rolls over to Day 1. Just don't boost them yet, as Theo pointed out.

I always try to boost after my wife is done, but we all know how the plays out. So now I just boost when I feel like it, then I sob myself to sleep.
