There seems to be some debate over how soon to begin multi-training and to what benefit it serves to increase attribute training % before you do multi-train. I would like to hear some views please?

By posting in the forum you're only going to get the replies from the same people who began the debates and will walk out of it none the wiser. Some guys wait until Day 9-14 of the dots career. Depending on the dot and archetype, I don't open up 4 way multi-training until I have boosted the dot to level 25. It really just depends on what goals you have set and which way you're comfortable with. My best advice is to open up the VPB and go through several different methods and find which one you like best.

I have simmed a build going light train to multi immediately...going light train to max enhancements then to multi immediately...going intense and waiting most of the first season...if the training enhancements and build plan is similar overall then the players end up pretty similar. There are some minor differences that make me choose one over the others for a given build plan...but in the end the decision is not a build breaker to me.

I normal train until main attribute is 68 and then start multitraining, this way you can get it to 87 by first season with second attribute cappable att next. Also you get your main to 106 end build if keeping it multitrained to 100.

106 natural is a little overkill. 102-103 is enough.

What I do is intense train until I can 3 star my first att, continue intense training until I have 36 BTs for multi.
That's when I start, but I'm no expert. So yeah.

There's many schools of thought but I base my switch on BT's. I don't switch until I have enough BT's to open ALL 3 slots (4th is already open and doesn't cost) AND 3 star my primary AND, at LEAST, 1 star all other skills I'm slotting. Preferably 3 star ALL skills I'm slotting as well as my main skill. Once I have enough BT's to do that, I make sure my primary is above 60 as well and make the switch. Unlike Kakashi though, I intense train all the way until I switch.

Depends on build. It's actually pretty perfect if you go for 4AEQ, as you just about stop multitraining about when it gets to 100 natural

Agreed, depends on the build. I aim to get primary's are between 104 and 106.

Yep, looking at my own builds most have actually targeted 104 and one of my active DEs has gone 106 as its going for a 130/130/90 build

Go to 3-way at level 8, then 4-way at level 22.

PM me for more info.

I do this but instead it's an intense train until main is at 77, an then I purchase my multi-training, but don't use my training points until my main hits 82 through SP's.
I also end with my main at 86 by the first season with secondary at 48 cap.

I usually switch my multi-training up for my main a little early so I only end with between 100-105 depending on my build goals for my main.
