Does any one know what age group would have the most agent owned players not on a human team. I am thinking about doing just a one and done team this season just for fun

Pro's likely.....most like to stat pad in the D-Leagues at those levels

Yeah, would be uncapped leagues. Dots from multiple seasons can play Reg Pro and up. Anything below that and the player pool is limited to that of dots created during one specific season.
Dude is looking for the level where the most available free agents are who want to be on a human team.
That would be none of the levels. Any free agent who wants to find a team can find one.
The example TN gave you is for agents who don't want to be on teams, and they aren't going to want to be on your team. The example Dub gave you is just the total number of dots available.
If you want a long-term team, you're best off starting your own team and finding people to build it with you. For a one and done team, you're best off just hiring CPU dots

For a one and done team your best bet is actually peewee.
True... if he was thinking of building all the dots for that team or had the agents already lined up. But I'm guessing from what he said in his post he's just thinking of buying a team and then trying to fill it up. I wish him luck if this is his aim.

This feels like it should be on Buzzfeed or something.

We're currently past the first quarter of Season 39. If he means this season (#39) then it's going to be tough to find available players. If he means season 40, well there will be a lot of changes happening with semi-pro players entering pro level, players retiring, contracts expiring and teams being bought and sold. On day 42 most available players will be at the pro level.

your best bet is whatever level you have friends with fa players. there's heavy competition at every level for the few decent fa.
