2 of my players didn't get their 5 SP's for reaching level 16...anyone else have this happen? 
Forum > Goal Line Blitz > SP's not issued for leveling up
did you only boost to level 15 last season? my level 16 dots are still level 16 since last season. Go to your xp history and see when you actually leveled up.
if not contact support, they have logs for all this.

Every level 16 player of mine was issued their 5 SP's except for 2 of them.
I wouldn't have noticed it if they hadn't leveled up together.
These 2 didn't get their 5 SP's issued to them:
