If auto adjust on my basic offense page is set at 75%, that does NOT affect my offense if i'm using an OAI correct? The OAI auto adjust is just effected by the aa settings in the packages of the OAI right?

Actually that isn't correct.
When using an OAI in the event that NO output matches the situation the basic offense settings would be used.
It is possible to use both the OAI and the basic offense simultaneously, in this event the adjustment setting would only apply to those situations using the basic settings.

You're really splitting hairs. If an AI is set up properly it would pretty much never pull anything from basic tactics. Especially true for DAIs since every DC I know has catch-all inputs below everything else.
