If you boost you get booted as pee wee can only sign level 1s with no xp. However after the season starts, feel free to boost. Must be season 39

How long have you guys been here? Pee Wee rosters are made up entirely of brand new players with 0 XP, must be 0 age, and can't boost until the following season which would be Day 0 of S39

So basically if you plan on making a player Day 40 to 48 and boost them on Day 48, don't sign with a pee wee team. If you plan on making a player Day 40 to 48 and don't plan on boosting the creation year (example S38) sign with a pee wee team.
