Greenie... if you mean that VA's don't stack on SA's, I believe you're right. SA's on SA's get docked heavy per additional SA of same... but if a VA adds the same basic "enhancement" to a skill as a SA does, it doesn't stack. 2nd = 50%
3rd = 25%
4th = 12.5%
5th = 6.25%

I think he means you can get the effect twice... once from SA's and once from VA's... even if they are a little different. They just don't "stack".
