That people undervalue confidence too much.

That many or most teams are building that way to succeed suggests it is, logically.

By no means am I trying to disparage.

But that, for instance, my LDE lost 8 morale in six plays (where he was cut block twice admittedly) when his team was winning by ten points and his squad had stopped the opponent makes no sense.

Your SAs can work and the negatives still be there. But there has to be positives for HIS team scoring and for being ahead to offset that.

Just makes no sense that there would not be.

But that does not seem to be the case.

Logically the reason teams are building that way is because people believe confidence to not be important. Logic debunked.

Ya and how much confidence does your DE have? How much Defense General does your Nose Tackle have? Was your Nose Tackle in on those plays? Are you using Fire Up?

To give you a bit of perspective. I sold out so much on these VA's to the point where I don't even have the OP'd Pass Blocking VA's at all. How far have you sold out in order to keep me from draining you? Doubtful very far.

If you have to dedicate that much of your defensive builds to overcoming the Offensive Morale Sapping SAs then I would say THAT ALONE is proof enough that the Morale Sapping SAs are over powered.

As for the DE confidence is 49. I usually run with some D General on my dots dont always see it on the free agents. I do not use fire up, nor do I look for it on free agents.

Is it possible I under do the confidence game? Maybe.

But if that is becoming a key to the game that usurps things like the actual scoring....well, again, I would say that is over doing it. Over Powered. Tone it down.
