Not sure if any of these have been discussed previously, but all in all I think allowing each user to customize their toolbar would be useful and interesting.
The Big Ones:
-Add the option to add a ticker that runs through scores of GM'd team games, WL Games, your players games and statlines.
-Have a feed set up to feed in real sports scores (NFL would make the most sense, but allow people to follow whatever teams they want)
- Add an alert that pops up when an Admin makes an announcement that links to that announcement.
-Add an alert that pops up when you have a team alert.
The Smaller Ones:
-Allow players to change the color of the bar.
-Allow players to not have their FP listed
- Allow players to remove account link in the bottom of their screen
-Allow players to move around where in the bar the items are.
