Goal line and big I I think but it's tricky cause you have to set the te into the slot for the blocking play. It does work but it has to be lead block

There are other options that are much better like Get Low and Cut Block that I would get to 10 instead.

It does work when the TE is leading the rusher, just like any other lineman. How well it works depends on builds, gameplans, etc.
