Who should be the dots up front? I use O linemen mostly as the TEs and FBs are in the back, but its a jail break every time. Think I saw the opposing coach make a tackle.

It's actually advantageous to have a jail break, lol.
You want the opposing ST unit to converge too early, allowing a good returner to make a sharp cut and get passed the whole chunk you just let free. Lane discipline is a real weak point in ST coverage, so abuse it.
