WHY DO PEOPLE RECOMMEND TO NOT SPEND SKILL POINTS UNTIL YOU CAP AT LEVEL 49?

IT ISNT LEVEL 49 THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. ITS WHEN YOUR SKILL POINTS LET THE ATTRIBUTE HIT 49 OR 48.SOMETHING

its not level 49, its to get to the 1st cap at 49. so if you have 34 and then apply your SP, the next point (50) to that skill is worth 2. whereas if you do it too soon, you lose out on training %, and will spend more training or sp to get to that same 50.
