On the team roster page, under the contract tab, I think it would be easier to manage the salary cap if at the bottom of the page under the New Contract Offer/ Salary box there would be a running total calculated, so adjustments can be made easier to the bulk contract offers. Thus making it easier to manage team funds and stay under the salary cap.

the suggestion might be useful. what would really be nice is if they standardized the salary amounts as either daily or season-long figures for display purposes on the roster pages, player pages and the send offer pages. its freaking annoying that is not the same everywhere.
