Yea, I see this as the biggest weak point of GLB, in my mind why it will never make the big time. Success is just too dependent on people you don't know and who at any point could decide that their commitment to the other people on the team doesn't mean anything because it's just a game.

glb does encourage you to take the bull by the horns and carve out your own path. Plus it is insanely easy to get to know someone on here and inheret a leadership role. You are only saying that you are shy. Try harder it is worth it.
