I wanted to know if the only 2 ways to get flex points are buy and refer people? Do they give a certain amount of flex points every season?

Yes you can earn up to 850 Flex Points per season by referring others to Goal Line Blitz via your referral link! Please check out the FAQ for more information.

Yep.

They don't serve the same purpose as Flex though. They can be used to boost, purchase/upgrade CEQ, and I think schedule scrimmages. They're non-refundable as well.

Not allowed on GLB...no flex transfers according to the GLB rules.....even tho other games do provide that option
