Been reading something about a whitelist, anyone know what this is?

Some Admins you can't just pm unless the name is entered into their list, most admins the pms are open to everyone though.
The only reason for said whitelist is so they aren't spending all their time answering pms like "hi so and so" and can get work done, it's not meant as an insult or anything of that nature.
Also, I believe if a support ticket is sent directed to a specific admin they might be able to forward it to them? Not 100% certain on that though.

On a slightly related note, I thought I was on Bort's whitelist last night, but apparently I was just really tired. Good game, me.
