We need a system in place to grade team owners

ok i know plenty of us have been screwed by team owners bringing us in then not playing our dots . Or putting them in a starting role to not use them at all . My HB was a starter was on the field for 15 to 20 plays a game but only ran 3 times or had a pas 2 times a game. This owner has a good portion of the players on the team and the starting QB . Well the QB has gotten almost all the running plays . When asked about changing the system you get belittled for it taken of the message boards and no longer in the starting lineup.
Then when you ask to get released he goes off on you or promises to release you an hr before next game.

I know there are plenty of other stories like this .
So what i'm asking is for a grading system so other members can see what others think of the way an owner works with it's members.


Ok i hear you guys but i do think you can put things in place to where it would work. Either by complaints to support or how many members from said team have issues. But something should be put in place .

Agree, but easy to manipulate, and already been said NGTH plenty of times before.

EDIT : to add since it was locked. I heard that at one time there was a private forum that tracked this, but I never requested an invite and I don't know if it still operates. I can only suggest if you have had issues to try and do a little more research before you sign with a team. Do a forum search and see how they act in public. Look for agents on their roster that you may know and contact them for thoughts.

Even if you don't know anyone on the roster, take a few random chances (probably like 4-5 different agents) to PM them about their thoughts on the team. Always ask more than one or two because you don't want to get an owners friend (or multi) giving you an inaccurate answer. If you ask a few and compare, it can help give you a better understanding of the team and ownership.

I wish there was a system like this. I became and owner because of a situation like this.

This has been suggested before and, unfortunately, Sunder is right... This is on the NGTH list. If everybody could be trusted to use the system correctly, it would be a great tool.
