Is it better to intense train all the way up ( 1-3 level stars) to attain the 3rd star goal, Or light train to two stars then intense train to 3 star level during season zero?

I don't know what is "best" but this is what I usually do
enhance to 1 star
intense train 3X
enhance to 2 star
intense train to 15BT, buy a SP and cap an attribute (for most position/archetypes anyways)
intense train to 18BT
enhance to 3 star
switch to normal train and save BT's to unlock 4 way training and maybe some enhancements of other attributes

That's what I do except I 3 star my top 3 attributes.

yea same here.... I meant I usually normal train from there to save up BT's to unlock multi training AND maybe some other attribute enhancements like right away.
I might normal trin to 42BT's,or 54.... unlock 3 attributes and also 1 star enhance one or 2 of them right away, and then continue to enhance them as the BT's come in from multi training.

So when you're setting up multi-training (unlocking) you don't light train ( +6 BTs) to 18-24 ASAP after you are done with your main attribute?

me no, I don't do that. I do normal train because of better % train gains with the attribute still pretty low. I rarely light train a dot until I am done completely with multi training and beginning my BT for AEQ run.

Same here.

I've been trying the "light train" on the 1st part only. (as follows, using Bane's guide but changing it.)

This seems to make better BT sense overall... at least to me it does.

That initial light train gets you to 98% trained before you cap, meaning you instantly roll over on the next train, which then happens again on the third cap (assuming no breakthroughs).

But doesn't give you as much training % gain
I would have to run through a starter build, not sure if that way allows you to hit first cap without boosting.
I see no reason to worry about a few BT's on a dots very first train, plenty of time later to burn through them rolling in the store. Early build should be more about attribute gains. Otherwise you would light train entire career and be BT rich !

I`m trying something new with my HB. I basically started off with Bane's strategy but after capping and boosting I chose to light train to get 84 BTs so that I could fully enhance training on 3 attributes (don't plan to enhance the 4th attribute in the multi-training setup at all) before I actually started using TPs on them. It should be noted, however, that I also plan to stop training my primary sooner than most.
