Bug ticket submitted Sept.25th, 2013. Today is Oct.8th, 2013 and still no response of any kind despite my adding even more examples from other teams to the bug ticket. I submitted a PM to customer support about the lack of response in the bugs forum and I was told by EllisBell they would bring it up in a meeting. That was Oct.1st, 2013. Still no response of any kind.
GLB 1.0 support is non existent.
I got the same about my MVP going to some random guy. They did not really feel like making things right. Made me feel like I was just a burden to them. Reminds me of calling maintenance at work. They say "yep, it's broke." I'll say "I already know that, that is why I called!" They respond "Well now you got an expert opinion on it".
