Curiosity question. If you have a team where some have boosted and others have not (so disparity of 3 levels within the team), does the CPU you sign match the highest level of any dot? Or only of the dots at their position? Or a "average" of all dots' levels on the team? Or something else entirely?

cpu would be a level avg to your teams level...Team Level Average 10.......cpu signed average level 10

There is also a penalty for having too many CPUs on a team
