Is there a League where day 240 players can be competitive , ( and day 240 teams ), or is that a season written off ?

Seems only availible leagues are day 201 + , meaning they're up against plateau players 10 levels above (inc 3 extra boosts ) .

I couldn't even request move from Reg Pro Casual Elite #1 , to a so called " less competitive " league at same level ie reg Pro Casual #4 http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=1152 - requests allowed only for dropping down a level - not moving across.

They are not at same conference.
Actually, there are only 2 280+ days old team in eastern conference, and one is full of CPU player .............

any decent team should still do well - not many good teams in plateau are still in regional pro

Too late to move now - but difficult to request a move to a " division of similar age players " , rather than a specific desinated league - ie Regional pro #4 - as teams are placed by previous seasons performance - irrespective of players on roster -
Its only possible to evenly match teams - if you know what level the players are going to be.

Even now , theoretically , I could buy a team in Regional pro casual #4 , and ship in L 79, day 320 players and overun incumbent day 240 players.

The Reg Pro Elite league was won by teams coming in at day 240 the last two seasons. If you can't compete with a team coming up through the minors, good luck trying to compete at any level above the minors.
