What are some common settings for the min energy and return energy and what are the reasons for those different settings/what do they do? Also, do you have a personal favorite?

98/99 is the most common energy setting. This allows for even plays between the starter and backup assuming their stamina is relatively close to the same.

If I would want the starter in most of the time, but then have him sit just for a play or two when he gets somewhat tired(but not too tired) in order for him to recover, what would a good setting be?

It honestly depends on the player stamina and if he is on special teams and so on. All you can is try different settings til you find one you like.

I think breath is at 95 or 96. I'd say 75/80 or 80/85 to spell a dot so he's not a waste out there. Power Hbs can be run down pretty low and still deliver though.
