Best thing you can do is PM WL owners around d20 to ask if they're putting together a farm team at the end of the season and say that you'll follow advice on how to build WL quality dots.

Or........there are a few quality Owners out there who don't belong to a "network", but you will need to do some research to make sure it's a team that will last and have potential.

My last one went from PW to WL. I expect the next one will make WL this coming season, possibly the one after. I fully expect to not make WL playoffs, get one more shot at the WL with those dots, then retire and do it again.
