Just accepted an offer by a CPU team with my 0d old player. Managed to miss the fact that there will be a lot of lvl 14s in the league, and was hoping to join a D-league or something. Is that possible or is my player stuck?

ETA: Looks as though you're already on a D-League team.
Support may be able to have your dot cut, but the only other options for you are rookie teams, cpu or human owned.

Rookie-Sophomore is the bottom D-League. If you want to be with all 0 day old players you'll have to join a Rookie league.

How do I go about doing that? Do I need to contact someone in support?

Rookie league teams are human-owned.
Being that you are on a CPU-owned team (d-league), you can be offered/accept a contract from a human-owned team at any time.
