Are all plays available at the National Minor level. I don't see any that are unavailable.

Yes they are. There's no difference in playbook between Rookie and WL levels. Makes no difference.

Last season while making my offensive playbook I had so many plays available with a few unavailable ( on the right side of the page ). I had to make sure that the plays in the OAI were available at that time. This season I have every play available and there are no plays ( on the right ) unavailable. Am I making sense?
Yes. You're talking about your playbook. You just had to add the plays to your base playbook. Since you added them all last season, your playbook includes all the plays.

Where is the default playbook? I may have been confusing you, what I meant to say is there are no "plays available but not in the playbook ". Last season there were lots of plays available that I didn't have in the playbook. I had to weed thru them whenever I made changes to the OAI. I'm setting up a new playbook, but I don't want to have to go back thru every single play rechecking after I see they're in the playbook AND available when I set it up.

Yeah we're clearly not understanding each other. I'm not really sure what you're issue is this season. From what I gather the previous season you had a playbook you were using that didn't include all the plays. You fixed that problem.
On your team's tactics page you will see a tab for 'Off Playbook'.

Yes. An example is....on the left of the page it'll say this -
HB Inside Run - My Selected Plays
On the right side of the page it'll say this -
Available Plays (Not in Playbook)
The page for every type of play has no plays at all on the right side. So does this mean every single play IS available AND in my playbook? I have never seen it where you don't have to choose which plays aren't in the playbook because the playbook won't hold them all. That's why I was asking if at The National Minor level It's something I don't have to worry about anymore.

- Updated default playbook to include all plays
- Fixed bug #42: Defense league leaders is not sortable by TFL
