He's really not that bad. Definitely not a dot to retire. At the multi-training comment, on a WR I find it wise to have a full two seasons of intense training. That's just imo for really chunking up your primary attribute. See here:

Don't be afraid to push more SPs into your catching attribute since you'll have time at high efficiency marks right now with multi-training your next probable attribute (agility).
