Teams usually carry 2 QB's, and 2-4 TE's

Two passing QBs? I've always only done one pQB and one rQB if I had one. Only reason I could see to go with 2 is to have one run 1st and 4th Quarter and the other to run 2nd and 3rd in order to maximize end game stacks (i.e. slow starter, OTK) or to have one in for situational purposes (Red Zone, Short Yardage, or Deep Threat).

Is it a stamina thing?

I build pretty shitty DEs. Otherwise, I think I can build pretty much every position to WL quality.

It helps combat morale spirals to have two passing QBs.
