Time and time again I see dots do something unthinkable that ends up causing a TD.

Even though they look like the same play, they aren't. Why is it the LOLB has a clear path to tackle the guy but ops to stand in front of the RT and waits to be blocked? Then instead of staying there, the dot jumps to the outside making a clear path for the ball carrier. Just like opening up a gap for him to run through. It doesn't make any sense to see the dot do that from a football standpoint. I know people are going to reply stating why it happened and what the player lacks or needs to avoid that. Bottom line is that if this is supposed to be a Football simulation, make it as real as possible.

Then, you see the ROLB, MLB and SS standing in position even though the ball carrier has broken outside. I want my guys to attack the ball carrier as soon as he breaks out of the pocket. Both these TD's could have been avoided if the game was tweaked to the point that it become more like football. Everyone knows that 2 LBers and a SS are not going to just "stand in position" waiting for something to happen.

It's rookie. Works itself out in a season or two.

This is far too small of a sample, and would need many examples from higher leagues for the Dev to really consider this a major issue. Little kids just don't play at the same level as adults.

fix your plays.

That's a p bad defensive formation to oppose Goalline O.
Get some defenders off the Line and into space atleast.

A bit farfetched seeing how you are only in rookie, but you can slightly adapt these forms to the strength of your defense,
of course make sure you minimize the chance of 1 on 1s so you can get as few play breaking missed tackles and missed tackles as possible.
