I guess I would +1 to fixing it for all teams, but can't support fixing it for just Casual.

ummm in non casual leagues this is handled via your AI
edit: aside from timeout logic... but this is more for the game management (aka playcalling) near the end game... although I'd be in favor of improving timeout logic as well

i guess i'm saying it should be more intuitive the way its handled within the AI--as others have already pointed out it's a major chore to set up the AI with inputs for increments of 6 or 7 seconds (the time it takes for one pass) and you still can't really control when timeouts are going to be called or by whom and more important, how much time is run off the clock (without calling a play) before kicking a late FG.
Something like this happend recenlty to one of my team. you are in FG range. On third down you kneel. There's :46 seconds left. you can't let the clock expire. you should let it run to 1 second and call a time out, but there's no way to tell it do that. instead the AI will either kick or run a play depending on how its set up, either way you give the opponent back the ball.
